The pages are designed for the resolution 800x600 (minimum) and are best viewed in the Internet Explorer 5 and higher or Netscape 7 or higher. We recommend setting your display to the resolution 1024x768 and true color (16 bit or higher). This settings will depend on your video adapter and monitor capabilities. Before you make any display settings changes, consult your hardware documentation first.

In order to properly see some page elements (rotating picture) on the Home page and open some links, you have to allow that content on the Internet Explorer Information bar (right click on the bar and click Allow Blocked Content...).
