Program Benefits

Coverage benefits provided by the CENTURY 21 Home Protection Plan are specific to the CENTURY 21 System and vary by state. They include:

• Coverage offered in all 50 states
• Coverage of vacant or unoccupied homes
• Condo coverage for sellers
• Four years of coverage for new-construction home buyers (coverage begins on the first anniversary of the close of sale and continues for four years from that date)
• Contract costs range from $289 to $389. In Washington state HPP costs $325. 
• Warranty product is fully insured by Virginia Surety Company, Inc., rated A+ (Superior) by leading insurance analyst, A.M. Best
• Warranty applications are accepted by telephone or fax
• In addition to Aon's national network of registered service contractors, homeowners have a flexible service contractor selection option
