A typical home inspection requires approximately three hours on site (depending on size and complexity of the property) and a few hours in the office to prepare a checklist/ narrative style report. A report is emailed to the client within 24 hours of the end of the inspection.
Don encourages his clients to be present during the inspection, and welcomes client's questions and dialogue about the house.
